CCCHC End of Summer Picnic

As this summer is coming to an end we wanted to invite everyone to our CCCHC picnic, join us on August 28 at 1pm at Hessel Park. We will provide food, fun and other resources. Please share the flyer with friends and family and we hope to see you there!
